Summary:
Joseph's Middle East Bakery is seeking a Warehouse Admin to assist the Warehouse Manager. This individual will report to the warehouse manager.
Job Requirements and Duties:
- Print orders daily for the shipping and receiving team.
- Close driver orders in our b mobile software
- Enter Proof of delivery into our receiving log
- Print labels for the receiving team.
- Make shipping and receiving appointments
- Print shipping tags for shipping.
- Assist the warehouse manager with other duties as assigned.
- Employee must be neat and organized.
- Employee must have basic computer skills including the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Person must be professional, detail oriented, and able to process information to provide an efficient flow of goods for production.
- Employee must follow all rules and regulations of our HACCP plan.
- Liaising with people at all levels within the organisation
- Effective professional communication skills with ALL levels of the organization
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Strong command of the written English language.
- Strong command of Microsoft office.
Physical/Mental Requirements
Employee should be able reach, bend, and sometimes lift loads up to 50lbs.
Employee must be able to stand on their feet and sit for prolonged periods at a time, as well as traverse sets of stairs frequently.
PPE required for position: Provide by the company
- Hairnet
- Beard net (if hair is present)
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Shift Position: 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday
Be available to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation
