Wall panel designer/Estimator-load bearing cold formed steel.
We are seeking a full-time CFS Load-bearing wall panel estimator. The responsibilities would include management of multiple projects load- bearing estimating and design, purchasing & procurement of materials, including cfs coordination with the projects design team, general contractor, and subcontractors.
Experience in the AEC (architects, engineers, construction) community and experience with REVIT is required. Microsoft Office products is necessary, particularly Excel.
The candidate will be required to meet with and coordinate the structural design with project architects, project EOR, general contractor/ construction manager, building official, and the special inspector. No travel is required.
- Design, Layout, Takeoff of CFS load-bearing wall panels
- 8-10 years’ experience of cfs Panelization for commercial and multi-family projects
- Intermediate to advance level skill set using design and estimating software.
