Financially strong, this Critical Access Hospital and Clinichas immediate openings for a PER DIEM experienced Family Nurse Practitioners to join the Walk-in Clinic teamin the heart of Cottage Grove, OR. The best fit will be a compassionate, self-motivated, team-oriented and eager to learn NP with experience in primary care, basic procedures, sutures, biopsies, splinting and joint injections.

About the position

• Walk-in Clinic hours currently: Mon-Sat 8:00 - 6:00 pm
• Advanced Practice Clinician schedule is 4-10 hour days a week
• Approximately 25+ patients per day
• Mostly patients with acute issues are seen
• Efficient, patient centered, compassionate and Epic experience a plus
• Must have experience with procedures (i.e. laceration repairs, skin biopsies, abscess draining, etc)
• Scope of practice is a combination of primary care and urgent care (i.e. adjusting blood pressure medications, insulin management, emergency room follow-ups)
• Previous nursing experience preferred
• Guaranteed Hourly Rate: $63.25 - 77.48 depending on YOE
