Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Kitchen, Waitstaff performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties, as well as other related tasks
Salary range: $15.50 - $20.00

Minimum Education and Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous hospital and food service experience preferred.

Essential Functions
- Assist dishwasher with cleaning and sanitizing dishes.
- Assists in orienting new employees to department.
- Assists in setting up, serving and breaking down catered events.
- Cleans freezers, refrigerators and storage areas
- Delivers and serves food to patients, family and employees.
- Helps other kitchen personnel in the preparation and arrangement of meals.
- Helps with assigned cleaning and date/label duties.
- Sets up trays according to department guidelines.
- Stocks supplies.
- Takes all patient and guest food requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
