About the Job
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations to lead effective revenue management and support global sales initiatives. This role entails overseeing revenue growth strategy, operations, customer success, enablement, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to drive annual revenue planning cycles, align cross-functional teams, and optimize processes and technologies to foster revenue growth across all market channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Execution:
Lead revenue operational management in collaboration with the Revenue Leadership Team.
Develop and execute strategies to support global sales initiatives.
Oversee operations, customer success, enablement, and data analysis.
Collaboration & Planning:
Collaborate with senior leaders on annual revenue planning cycles.
Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Partner with sales leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities.
Oversee objectives and key results with a focus on impactful initiatives.
Process & Technology Development:
Develop and influence new processes and technologies to optimize global revenue growth, including quoting and Deal Desk.
Manage tools such as Hubspot and Gainsight to streamline operations.
Cross-Functional Partnerships:
Build strong relationships with executives and key leaders across various teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, IT, finance).
Team Management:
Build, develop, and manage a diverse team of high-performing managers.
Ensure effective onboarding, ongoing training, and retention in a remote-friendly environment.
Align team values with company culture and mission.
Performance Analytics:
Partner with GTM teams and Sales Strategy to leverage performance analytics.
Drive cross-functional revenue programs and escalate relevant issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
Experience in business and operational leadership roles in a global SaaS sales environment.
Proven ability to develop strategic visions and make data-driven decisions.
Track record of achieving customer retention and expansion goals.
Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach.
Experience in data analytics or intelligence operations.
Management experience in a complex organization, influencing at an executive level.
Ability to lead a diverse, high-performing team across regions.
Passion for operations, data intelligence, and global enablement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment with high accountability and interpersonal skills.
Strong ethics, integrity, and business judgment.
Preferred:
Experience engaging at an executive level internally and externally.
Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives and senior leaders.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $ 160,000.00 Per Year
