Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire our sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies and trainings to capitalize on market opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with clients and partners within the real estate and finance sectors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of lending processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and adapt to changing market conditions.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate finance sales management.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in CRMs and related tools.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
