About the Job
Position Summary:
The VP of Sales will lead and oversee the activities of the Sales Department.
Day-to-Day Tasks:

Be escalation resource for all AE opportunities – from initial inquiry to order management.

In conjunction with Director of Solutions Architecture - manage the engagement process between technical and sales teams.

In conjunction with Director of Operations – manages the engagement process between administrative and sales teams.
-
Reinforces Accountability to Imperium Data systems and processes as outlined in Sales Playbook.

Account Mapping, Territory Management, and Vendor Alignment Strategy
-
CRM Data Management and Reporting of Accurate Sales Funnel

Develop and Manage OEM Relationships on behalf of the company. Negotiate pricing and deal structure.

Develop and Manage Distribution Relationships on behalf of the company. Negotiate pricing and deal structure.

Run deals both individually and in support of less experienced sellers.

Close deals both individually and in support of less experienced sellers.
-
Recruit and train of (2) + new account executives per year.
2025 Business Objectives:
-
Drive $2M in Gross Profit / Quarter ---> $8M Annually

Hire, train, and develop (2) additional account executives
-
Provide front line insight on market trends to define GTM Strategy with CRO and Sales Director
Required Skills & Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Thorough understanding of equipment, product, industry, and/or services provided to clients.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
