YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR VP OF SALES
When you join our HCM and payroll company as our VP of Sales, your day begins with a strategic planning session, where you refine sales plans and strategies to hit ambitious targets and align with company goals. You rally your team, setting the tone with motivational insights and actionable directives to drive performance. Also, you connect with key clients and partners, nurturing relationships that unlock new business opportunities. While diving into market research and analyzing trends and competitor activities to identify fresh growth avenues, you also collaborate with cross-departmental leaders, ensuring seamless coordination of efforts before preparing detailed performance reports for senior management. By the end of the day, you review sales processes, brainstorming innovative ways to boost efficiency and effectiveness, leaving no stone unturned in your quest for excellence.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR VP OF SALES
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales
- 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- MBA (preferred)
