Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership within the construction industry, particularly in storm and insurance work. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, fostering client relationships, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth. This includes identifying target markets, setting sales targets, and creating actionable plans to reach goals.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, support, and training to ensure team members have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including insurance companies, property managers, contractors, and homeowners. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue. This includes prospecting, networking, and participating in industry events to generate leads and foster partnerships.
5. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the construction industry and specifically in storm and insurance work.
