About the Job
Join Our Team and Build the Future of Robotics Sales!
Are you a dynamic sales leader with a passion for robotics and material handling (warehouse automation, WMS, or similar)? Do you have a track record of aggressively scaling up sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and want the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up? If so, we want to hear from you!
As our VP of Sales & Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and executing our sales strategy as we scale rapidly within the robotics and material handling industry. This is your chance to shape the future of our sales organization and make a significant impact on our journey to becoming a market leader.
Why This Role is a Career Game-Changer:
- Build Something Big: This isn’t just another sales job – it’s an opportunity to architect a sales department that drives real impact in the robotics industry.
- Lead with Vision: Define our go-to-market strategy, develop a high-caliber team, and create a partner program that scales as we grow.
- Drive Growth: Be part of a startup with ambitious growth goals, aiming to double sales annually over the next 3-5 years.
- Hands-On Leadership: This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is ready to be both a strategic thinker and a tactical doer.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and Scale Our Partner Program: Build and manage our sales partner program from the ground up, creating training materials, sales tools, and ongoing support structures. This is a critical component of our growth strategy, and your leadership will drive its success.
- Lead and Grow a High-Performing Sales Team: Recruit, train, and lead a team of top-tier sales reps focused on the warehouse and factory sectors. Your leadership will inspire the team to close deals and drive the business forward.
- Execute Strategic Sales Initiatives: Craft and implement sales strategies for expanding into factory markets, complementing our existing focus on warehouse solutions. You’ll take point on factory sales until a dedicated lead is identified and onboarded.
- Create Sales and Marketing Dashboards: Use HubSpot and other tools to track performance, optimize reporting, and ensure the team is equipped with actionable insights to drive results.
- Enhance Sales Effectiveness: Oversee lead generation and integrate marketing efforts with sales operations to enhance pipeline growth. You’ll refine our sales presentations, solution questionnaires, and other materials to ensure our messaging is clear, compelling, and consistent.
