About the Job
As the Vice President (VP) of Sales - Healthcare at Equipment Finance Advisor, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping both immediate and long-term strategies. We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in vendor program sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in identifying, qualifying, and securing vendor programs, as well as recruiting, developing, and retaining high-caliber Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs). Effective communication skills are essential for engaging with leadership and senior management across various departments including Credit, Operations, Collections, and Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop annual sales and marketing strategic plans to drive revenue and expand market presence.
Ensure alignment of sales objectives with the company's mission.
Evaluate market potential and pursue new business opportunities.
Identify, qualify, and secure vendor programs in collaboration with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
Manage RSMs and RMs to achieve key performance metrics such as calls, emails, and vendor appointments.
Ensure timely documentation of all activities in Salesforce.
Travel as needed with RSMs to assist in closing significant vendor prospects.
Monitor RSMs' progress in developing and maintaining top prospect lists.
Conduct regular performance reviews with RSMs and RMs to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Facilitate quarterly business reviews with assigned vendor programs.
Maintain optimal staffing levels of RSMs and RMs.
Qualifications:
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
Proven track record in leading high-performance sales teams.
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to execute sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
Advanced proficiency in pricing and program structuring; experience with HP and T-Value software preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry.
At least 5 years of management experience.

Salary: $ 150,000.00 200,000.00 Per Year
