Job Details
Role Summary
Direct operations across all markets overseeing store managers and district managers and new location build outs. Helps optimize site layout, equipment installation decisions, grand openings and launch planning. Leads store managers to drive operational efficiency and maximize profits. Collaborates with our leadership team members to ensure strategies and goals are implemented across all units.

• Serves as a member of our leadership team and drives implementation of strategic goals and initiatives.
• As a member of our leadership team, executes growth strategy to develop our company as best in class.
• Develops and implements plans for new site build outs, including equipment selection, site design, site layout, and optimized operations.
• Develops and implements policies and measurable objectives. Issues clear and timely directives to store managers outlining policy, program, and operational changes.
• Optimizes net profit over target, focusing on improving margins to be in line with best in class industry standards.
• Establishes long and short term SMART goals with store management teams.
• Recruits and develops new members of the store management team to ensure the future of store operations.
