Classification: Exempt (salary range $80,000 - $100,000)
Status: Full-Time
About this role: The VP of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and market analysis. The VP of Marketing will lead a talented marketing team and work closely with other departments and vendors to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role;
- Experience in the dental industry a plus; multi-site healthcare preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of patient/customer acquisition experience
- Proven success of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing and analytics.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics platforms).
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the COO and CEO to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Create patient acquisition strategies for all local markets to expand office branding.
- Collaborate with operations, scheduling (PCC), and other departments to ensure a unified approach to market positioning and customer engagement.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI measurement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve their full potential.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to provide insights, strategies, and updates about marketing efforts.
- Foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts
- Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining alignment with company guidelines.
