Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), the Vice President of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for leading and supporting the human resources function across multiple companies and countries. The primary focus for this role will be developing and executing the global HR strategy, driving HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and exhibiting executional EQ and change management skills along with the strong ability to build consensus.

The primary focus for this role will be developing and executing the global HR strategy, driving HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and exhibiting executional EQ and change management skills along with the strong ability to build consensus.
Responsibilities
- Build exceptional relationships with leadership and employees at corporate and all subsidiaries to develop a thorough understanding of business needs to align HR strategy.
- Develop and implement a global HR strategy aligned with business goals to drive organizational performance and growth.
- Oversee HR operations to ensure efficient, scalable processes that support business needs and consistency across all companies and regions.
- Lead, mentor and develop a highly performing corporate HR team and provide strategic guidance to subsidiary HR teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of global HR policies and programs that drive employee engagement and builds a positive organizational culture.
- Oversee global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance globally.
- Lead global HR projects, such as HR system implementations and HR process harmonization across all companies.
- Ensure the organization is compliant with all employment and labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Lead risk management initiatives related to HR, including workforce planning, crisis management, and employee safety.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of Human Resource management experience, with minimum of 7 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with acquisitions and integrating with parent company.
- Proven experience developing and executing HR strategies in a multi-company organization.
- Demonstrated experience in leading change management initiatives and building a global culture based on trust, partnering, and teamwork.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in various regions.
- Experience with Workday preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (probably once a quarter).
