Vice President of Client Services – Human Capital & Benefits Strategy
Location: Preference given to candidates in the State of Ohio but will consider Remote (U.S. based) – Travel required (up to 35%)
Position Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Client Services . This position is responsible for overseeing key client accounts, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative human capital and benefits solutions. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned business consultant with a deep understanding of employee benefits, compliance, and human resources, who can guide a team to deliver exceptional service to some of our client’s largest and most complex customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, HR, or related field)
• 8-10 years of experience in sales, consulting, or account management within the employee benefits or human capital management industry
• Must hold Insurance License (Life & Health) required in your state of residence
• Demonstrated experience in managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Experience leading teams and delivering exceptional service to clients in a consultative capacity
• Knowledge of compliance, wellness programs, and HR best practices
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and related business software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
• Financial acumen and strategic focus in human capital and benefits management
