Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $150,000 base
Incentives: Competitive commission, bonus potential, and stock options
Insurance: Comprehensive health coverage (including vision and dental) fully paid by the company

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Forge and deepen relationships with financial professionals, including wealth managers, benefit specialists, insurance agents, and investment advisors.
Collaborate closely with financial advisors, focusing on client-centric planning that integrates life insurance and hybrid long-term care products.
Actively recruit top-tier producers, ensuring they're free from non-compete restrictions.
Lead marketing efforts targeting a diverse professional audience to showcase our insurance solutions.
Achieve ambitious sales targets, starting with $1M in premiums during your first year, with a goal to double that in the following years.
Conduct sales engagements through various platforms, including virtual meetings, in-person discussions, and calls.
Facilitate policy reviews, reposition coverages, and cross-sell additional insurance lines.
What You Bring to the Table:
A solid background with at least 7 years of experience in life insurance sales to financial professionals.
A proven track record of building strategic relationships in the financial sector, particularly around life insurance and long-term care planning. (Preferred)
An existing portfolio of business that you're ready to bring to your new role.
Free from any Non-Compete Agreements.
Experience in fixed and variable annuities sales is a plus.
Skills That Will Help You Succeed:
Mastery of Salesforce CRM.
Proficiency in utilizing virtual meeting tools such as Zoom.
A deep understanding of how life insurance facilitates business planning, family income protection, wealth transfer, retirement income, and charitable giving.
Exceptional telephone communication abilities.
