Compensation & Benefits:
Annual Salary: $150,000, with flexibility based on skills and qualifications
Additional Earnings: Attractive commission, bonus potential, and stock options

Role Responsibilities:
Client Relations: Forge and deepen relationships with a broad range of financial professionals, including wealth managers, benefit specialists, and insurance agents.
Team Building: Recruit top-tier producers and promote cross-disciplinary collaboration to meet client needs effectively.
Sales & Marketing: Drive the marketing of life insurance and related products to a diverse professional audience, aiming to achieve and surpass $1M in premiums in the first year, with a goal of reaching $2M annually.
Strategic Engagement: Leverage multiple communication platforms for sales outreach, policy reviews, and cross-selling initiatives.
What We Require:
Experience: At least 7 years of demonstrated success in life insurance sales to financial professionals, with a preference for those experienced in needs-based planning for life insurance and long-term care products.
Business Acumen: A robust local book of business ready to be integrated into your new role.
Flexibility: Openness to candidates with a background in the sale of fixed and variable annuities.
Desired Skills:
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce CRM and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of how life insurance contributes to business planning, wealth transfer, and more.
Communication: Exceptional telephone communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
