About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as Vice President of Inside Sales & Sales Enablement. Reporting to the Senior Vice President & General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global sales strategy and managing our talented teams across Inside Sales and Sales Enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor global inside sales teams, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and training necessary for success.
Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and regional growth plans to expand market opportunities and drive profitable growth.
Collaborate closely with regional sales leadership to achieve revenue targets and enhance customer and partner relationships.
Drive sales campaigns and new partner recruitment efforts while overseeing sales onboarding and training programs.
Contribute to strategic planning sessions to set sales expansion goals and operational priorities.
Manage overall revenue and expense responsibilities for the Inside Sales and Sales Enablement teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, talent development, and operational excellence within the global organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; 15+ years in sales and sales leadership roles within the networking industry.
Proven success in building and leading high-performing inside sales teams and executing effective sales strategies globally.
Experience driving revenue growth across multiple countries and managing large-scale field operations.
Strong capability in sales process optimization and demand generation through effective sales campaigns.
Ability to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent while promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Compensation:
The expected total compensation for this position, including base salary and commission, ranges from $248,500 to $372,600 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
