About the Job
This VP, Home Lending Sales Manager is responsible for leading, managing and providing guidance and oversite to the home lending sales team. Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals, driving productivity by implementing industry best practices and ongoing training.
What will you do?

Lead, manage and provide guidance and oversite to Mortgage Loan Officers.

Responsible for delivering on revenue goals, driving productivity by team members.

Conducts a daily/weekly review of actual team performance against team plan.

Coach, motivate and support Mortgage Loan Originators to ensure growth and profitability, defining expected production goals for each Mortgage Loan Originator.

Implements industry best practices and metrics to drive loan origination growth and performance.

Responsible for the compliance with company and regulatory policies and procedures of sales employees under their supervision

Ensures the professionalism and quality of customer service and teamwork demonstrated by the team

Responsible for the overall quality of loan submissions

Fosters a collaborative mortgage sales team by providing leadership through recognizing, coaching, and team building

Ensures the overall growth of sales team as it relates to business needs.
What we're looking for:

5+ years’ experience direct to consumer/call center marketing expertise to grow the loan origination and production volume.

Ability to develop, implement and expand consumer direct marketing initiatives

Understanding of mortgage lending regulatory and legal requirements, and ability to document through Policies and Procedures those requirements

Understanding of loan origination client needs, and ability to employ proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Strong understanding of and ability to apply company policies for loan originations group.

Demonstrated ability to achieve strong business results (loan volume growth, client experience, cost management, risk and regulatory compliance, employee job satisfaction, etc.)

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Education and Experience-
Bachelor’s degree in banking, finance or business or 3+ year mortgage sales leadership experience.

Encompass loan origination system expertise preferred.
