Job Description
As the VP of Business Development, you will be pivotal in spearheading growth strategies to enhance our organization's market position and achieve financial growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and active business development, ensuring we secure new clients and projects that lead to sustainable revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business strategies for acquiring new clients, particularly within the Fortune 500 sector.
Forge and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in marketing across various industries.
Lead the drafting of tailored proposals that highlight our unique value propositions, enhancing our potential to win new projects.
Coordinate with financial and project management teams to develop competitive proposals that align with client needs and showcase our capabilities in digital transformation, including digital experience, data solutions, and more.
Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities, oversee the business development team, and foster a culture of growth and learning within the department.
Represent our full suite of services confidently, expanding our reach and reinforcing our presence in the digital marketing landscape.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of proven success in business development, ideally within a digital agency or consultancy focused on marketing or digital transformation.
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, customer journey mapping, data optimization, and marketing technologies.
Experienced in managing global brand strategies and adept at aligning and collaborating on international projects.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams through complex pitches and business development processes.
