About the Job
- Minimum 2 year of administrative office experience
- Customer service orientation
- Candidate possess active listening skills, interpersonal skills, follow-through, patience and empathy
- Process and deadline oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Computer programs: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
- Database management (Volgistics experience would be a plus)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to walk long distance within the hospital
- Ability to push outpatients in a wheelchair
- Previous experience working with volunteers would be a plus
