This position is in the General Government Unit (GGU) at a Range 10/12.
What You Will Be Doing:
Vocational Rehabilitation Assistants (VRA) 1/2 are directly involved in assisting clients, including scheduling appointments and conducting in-office meetings. VRA's solicit information from clients and maintain detailed records. Additionally, VRA's assist with the purchase of services and equipment for clients. VRA's are required to maintain current knowledge on a wide variety of vocational rehabilitation services, including employment opportunities, medical resources, training/education opportunities and other rehabilitation-related subjects.
