BWS Healthcare VMS Account Manager

Overview:

Brundage Workforce Solutions is looking for a VMS Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role located in Tampa, FL. We are looking for energetic, optimistic and innovative applicants. The VMS Account Manager is responsible for managing VMS accounts along with sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals for various roles within the organization. The VMS Account Manager will also provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Responsibilities:

• Responsible for VMS position management for BWS, including internal management within BWS database
• Develop and maintain relationships with established VMS program teams and grow BWS partnerships by gaining access to additional clients
• Attending VMS virtual program meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc.)
• Candidate sourcing and qualifying for BWS VMS jobs via cold calling, social media outreach, networking and various recruitment tools provided by BWS
• On-boarding, management and re-deployment of candidates 
• Collaborate with BWS recruitment & account executive team members to support company growth
• Ongoing daily/weekly collaboration and problem solving with BWS Payroll, Billing and Compliance teams to support VMS placements, including IT support for placements as needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting and/or account management in healthcare staffing, hospitality, human resources or other related fields preferred
• Prior VMS/MSP knowledge experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively while providing excellent customer service
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using and navigating various applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies

Location:

• This role is onsite at our Tampa office, with potential for 1-2 remote days based on performance
