Job Title: Interaction Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC or San Francisco, CA
Duration of the Contract: 6 to 18 months
Rate / Salary: Market (Senior level role)

We are currently in the need of a Visual Designer or Interaction Designer with following experience:
This is a lead role that touches on all Services and Products of BANK. This role covers all Studios and practices within CX.
This includes but is not limited to:
Partnering with all LOBs to provide the most optimized Customer Experience for Spanish speaking customers, existing and new.
Provide the best options to the currently developed English Customer Experience to adhere cultural appropriateness and awareness with minimal impact the to the current holistic experience.
Attend daily working sessions.
Provide project sizing to LOBs
Generate Visual Design Specs for UI impacts resulting from translation.
Assist with A11Y compliance test coordination for Spanish Speakers
Develop iRise prototypes for Customer Usability Research.
Drive and assist the LOBs with adhering to proper Design Standards and Guidelines to maintain a consistent user experience.
Provide technical guidance with CMS localization capabilities and limitations with two different design systems. Sometimes migrating from Documentum to Tridion CMS.
Requirements:
5-7 years of experience with interactive product design, design planning, and/or strategic consulting for Fortune 500 companies or large e-commerce sites
Bachelor's degree in HCI or equivalent experience with user centered design methods including task analysis and user scenarios
Proven track record for managing complex projects within larger organizations with a mature user centered design methodology
Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and engagement management skills
Deep understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
Banking or financial services background strongly preferred but not necessary
Nice to Have: Localization to localize the current English speaking Customer Experience in the Spanish language for Bank's Spanish speaking customers.
Portfolio requirements:
Candidate should be prepared to show design samples and interim deliverables including but not limited to: design briefs, strategy recommendations, site maps, task flows, detailed wire frames, interaction flows, mockups, annotated screen specifications, etc.
