Visiting Assistant/Associate Professor for Nursing - Pfeiffer University

Visiting Professor of nursing to teach academic and clinical classes as needed, primarily in adult health.

2024-25 academic year

Responsibilitie...Master’s degree in nursing required, doctoral degree preferred. Teaching experience preferred.

This nursing faculty must be a registered nurse with a minimum of two years in clinical practice and hold a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in North Carolina. Faculty must meet the qualifications for faculty required by the NC Board of Nursing (www.ncbon.org) within three years of employment. Nurse Educator Certification (CNE) preferred, but all qualified applicants will be considered. Preference is given to applicants with teaching experience. Documented experience and expertise in clinical nursing area relevant to course needs. Provide evidence of license, immunizations, HIPAA, OSHA, CPR or other clinical facility requirements. Valid NC driver’s license.
