This full-time position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
*This is a remote position, with compensation ranging from $6 to $10 per hour, based on experience.
We're seeking an exceptionally organized, self-motivated individual with experience managing multiple projects concurrently and a knack for meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Design engaging visuals for social media posts, email banners, event invitations, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva and Illustrator.
Develop compelling written and visual content aligned with our brand's message and targeted audience.
Manage content scheduling and posting across various social media platforms, ensuring each post resonates with its audience.
Craft captivating copy for marketing collateral, email campaigns, and website content while optimizing for SEO.
Maintain brand consistency and quality through meticulous editing and proofreading.
Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, from segmentation to performance analysis.
Analyze campaign data to refine strategies and enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing efforts.
Provide marketing support to real estate agents, including personalized materials and assistance with requests.
Foster seamless communication between agents and the marketing team to ensure smooth project execution.
Create visually appealing presentations and materials for both internal and external use.
Organize and manage marketing assets, contacts, and resources efficiently.
Prioritize and coordinate multiple projects effectively to meet deadlines and objectives.
Implement streamlined workflows and processes to boost team productivity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
3+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on copywriting, content development, email marketing, and operations.
Proven ability to drive results through strategic planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
Advanced proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Canva, AdobeSuite, Mailchimp, and social media analytics.
Strong writing and editing skills, capable of crafting compelling copy for diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
