Job DescriptionJoin our team as a VIP Residential Sales Specialist and become one of the authors of our story. As part of the Auberge family, we are looking for a dynamic facilities leader, who can manage budgets and capital funds, expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation and have an eye for maintaining the highest of luxury standards in product finishes, timely and efficient remediations, standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Pursue outbound revenue opportunities with a strong focus on residential sales.
Achieve & exceed monthly individual conversion and outbound revenue goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain VIP and extended stay guests.
Identify potential guests through networking, referrals, and internal leads with the objective of creating a loyal residential customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our VIP guests by addressing their needs and ensuring their preferences are met with every stay.
Keep an organized guest database to proactively reach out to guests to inform them of new promotions and packages as they become available.
Address and resolve guest concerns with urgency, empathy, and professionalism.
Ensure appropriate guest follow up takes place in a timely and proper fashion, in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
Confirm that each reservation is booked accurately and collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure all aspects of the guest experience are met.
Stay well informed about the resort’s amenities, offerings, events, and promotional activities.
Have intimate knowledge of all aspects of the resort’s residential accommodations.
Hourly Rate: $18 + Incentive
Required:
Must be comfortable with technology and have experience with reservations software, including Voice Agent, Opera Cloud, Synxis, NAVIS/ Revinate.
Must possess a strong sales acumen.
Ability to work in a remote environment.
Must have previous reservation sales experience, including usage of NAVIS/Revinate.
Must have a quiet, dedicated home work space, free of noise and distractions.
People person – must possess a professional, positive presentation and strong motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, demanding work environment; must be flexible to changes in direction, routine and scheduling.
Ability to work as a team-player and accept assignments from multiple individuals.
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and multitask.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to use office equipment in an effective and efficient manner.
Preferred:
Minimum of 2-year experience in the hospitality industry (preferably luxury)
College degree in hospitality is preferred by not required
