We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer and Video Editor to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for a skilled individual passionate about storytelling, with an eye for graphic design and the ability to create compelling video content that aligns with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Videography:
- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for a variety of uses, including marketing campaigns, interviews, long-form podcasts, property showcases, social media, investor updates, and team events.
- Operate and maintain video and audio equipment, ensuring consistent quality and functionality.
Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into polished videos, incorporating graphics, animations, music, and other visual elements.
- Optimize videos for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and websites.
Content Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and executive teams to conceptualize and execute video projects that align with company goals.
- Manage video projects from pre-production to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Utilize relevant assets and resources, (charts, graphics, etc.) where appropriate.
Brand Alignment:
- Maintain and elevate Gray Capital's brand through consistent, high-quality video content.
- Develop a base of understanding about important concepts within our own industry of multifamily investment
- Stay current on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to our visual storytelling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Adobe experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging videos.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in real estate, finance, or a similar industry is a plus but not required.
Working Conditions:
- This position offers flexibility in schedule and location, with hybrid opportunities for candidates who can work autonomously.
