Overview:
The AD & ASM Account Delivery Head is In-charge of end-to-end account growth planning and driving accont delivery. Tech savy and handon technical leadership is essential. Drive client engagement and presales effort accross the account portfolio. Also drive requirement elicitation processes, understands the end-to-end system architecture, functional flow and the data model, review requirements & design document and ensure 100% capture of requirement, recommend solutions to complex technical problems. Also, responsible to drive Incident Management and Problem Management and recommend improvements, manage and guide multiple project teams and analyze the financial information to drive profitability for the organization.
Responsibilities:- Account delivery and grwoth management - understand client account needs and develop account growth stragtergy, also ensure all the programs in the account portfolio are delivering desired value to the customers.
- Requirement Gathering - End to end understanding of functional flow of systems and acts as functional SME
- Architecture & Design - End to end understanding of data model, design patterns and architectural patterns
- Knowledge on solution design on various components and reusability design understanding pros/cons
- Coding & Testing - Define best practices, create knowledge base and promote usage of tools for code reviews, debugging etc.
- Incident Management - Review team deliverables, ticket classifications and other support deliverables/process to suggest improvements
- Problem Management - Drive Continuous Improvements, Technical/functional debt reduction
- Responsible for improvement of support processes
- Project & Team Management - Create estimation, resource planning, scheduling, project plan review for all projects in the portfolio
- Identify opportunities for proactive pitches
- Domain Knowledge - Financial Acumen - Derives insights from financial information through analysis/integration of quantitative & qualitative analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree (in any field), with desired qualifications of an MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science.
- Work experience of 18- 25 years in AD & ASM, preferably in a multi-channel delivery programs.
- Experience in building account and grow it bottom up.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with an ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation, initiative, and developing others capabilities.
