Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in private equity, with a specific focus on tech-enabled services. This role requires a deep understanding of industry dynamics, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead and execute investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in tech-enabled services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
- Oversee portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement investment strategies and business plans.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
- Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and other professional gatherings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in private equity, with a focus on tech-enabled services.
- Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management, particularly with investments around the $100 million range.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
