Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities in tech-enabled services.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and other key stakeholders.
3. Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment.
4. Oversee portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and operational improvements.
5. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement investment strategies and business plans.
6. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
7. Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and other professional gatherings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in private equity, with a focus on tech-enabled services.
3. Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management, particularly with investments around the $100 million range.
4. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
7. Deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
