Position: Vice President Revenue & Growth
Location: Hybrid, based in Cleveland, OH
Summary:
Join us as the Vice President Revenue & Growth, a key role responsible for driving our organization's comprehensive growth strategies across various revenue channels. This pivotal position oversees business development from mergers and acquisitions to pricing strategy and revenue diversification, in partnership with the CEO and key stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- M&A Strategy and Execution: Oversee the merger and acquisition process from strategy to integration, enhancing organizational value and expanding market reach.
- Revenue Diversification: Develop strategies to diversify revenue streams, identifying new market opportunities and expanding existing ones.
- Pricing Strategy Development: Formulate and adjust pricing strategies across business lines, collaborating with the CFO to develop detailed financial models and proformas.
- Partnership and Investment Exploration: Work closely with the CEO to secure business partners and investment opportunities aligned with our strategic objectives.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention: Lead initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary relationship manager for investors, clients, and strategic partners.
- Market Analysis and Insight: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to guide strategic decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Leadership and Team Development: Drive high performance and continuous improvement, coordinating with the Board of Directors on planning and innovation committee meetings.
Qualifications:
- Strategic Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial modeling, revenue diversification, and pricing strategies.
- Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead and motivate teams towards strategic objectives and financial goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience in a growth-focused executive role, with significant expertise in strategic planning and partnership development.
