Position Overview:
As Vice President of Population Health & Clinical Operations, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Medical Officer to drive our population health strategy at a local market level. You will be pivotal in identifying opportunities, developing innovative healthcare models, and fostering partnerships with providers, community organizations, and advocacy groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership for population health initiatives, aligning with organizational goals and the Quadruple Aim.
Utilize analytics to identify insights and develop targeted interventions for diverse populations.
Oversee all Utilization Management functions, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Lead Health Benefit Ratio (HBR) initiatives in collaboration with Finance.
Collaborate with medical directors to design clinical programs that optimize member health outcomes.
Manage relationships with state regulators to ensure compliance with clinical programs.
Drive quality initiatives, audits, and contract reviews to uphold organizational standards.
Contribute as a key member of enterprise and local committees, providing clinical expertise and insights.
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management.
Previous leadership experience, ideally within a managed care organization.
Current state RN license preferred.
