Job Summary
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Vice President, People to champion our "People-first" agenda on a global scale. This strategic role involves developing and implementing HR strategies that enhance our workplace, ensuring that Introba remains a beacon of innovation and employee satisfaction. This position will report directly to the Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President and will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and people management practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership in the development and implementation of proactive people strategies that align with the company's overall mission and values.
Operational Insight: Gain an in-depth understanding of all business areas to better connect with and support our operational teams.
Employee Experience: Enhance employee engagement across all phases of the employee lifecycle by partnering with leaders in Operations, Corporate Services, and HR Centers of Excellence.
Talent Management: Drive innovative talent attraction and retention strategies, including workforce planning and development initiatives, to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Performance Management: Offer guidance and support on performance improvement, facilitating effective feedback and developmental discussions.
Employee Relations: Manage sensitive employee relations issues with tact and legal compliance, maintaining Introba as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 15 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing successful HR strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
Deep understanding of employment laws across various geographical locations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday and Deltek.
Experience in the A/E/C industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
