Job Details
As VP of Sales you will join a team of experienced outside sales representatives selling our complete suite of energy services to commercial and industrial clients throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic states; Electricity and Natural Gas procurement, Lighting and Mechanical Efficiency projects, Sustainability solution, and our proprietary Energy Intelligence Software BUDA (Building Utility Data Analytics). Our value proposition, comprehensive suite of services, and company resources provide talented individuals endless career opportunities.
Promotes and sells products and services on a commission basis through excellent customer service and effective sales techniques. Understands and maintains an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the energy commodity markets necessary to develop effective buying strategies for clients.
Provides clients with product options, price quotations, service overviews, and market buying opportunities that fit a customer specific energy strategy.
Contacts prospective and current clients to solicit sales of company products and services through effective telephone communication, email correspondence and in-person meetings.
Travels to customer locations to present products and services.
Vice President's will lead, coach and train assigned Energy Sales Representatives throughout the sales process to further company growth.
Coordinates with administrative team members to prepare presentation materials for client meetings.
Maintains accurate activity records utilizing, among others, the Salesforce CRM program.
