About the Job
We have been engaged by a recently funded Series B Cybersecurity Client in San Francisco looking to hire a VP of Sales.
As VP of Sales, you'll develop and execute sales strategies to fuel our growth. Leading a high-performing team, you’ll drive revenue from new business and strategic partnerships, working closely with the executive team to align sales with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales strategy to meet growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment.
- Manage pipeline and revenue forecasts, ensuring consistent growth.
- Represent the company at industry events to build brand credibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales leadership experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or application security.
- Strong track record in scaling sales teams during Series B or high-growth phases.
- Expertise in the application security space and B2B sales strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth.
