We’re hiring for a VP of Sales to oversee the sales team of 9 for a light industrial staffing firm.

What you will do:

  Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.

  Lead a team of branch managers and recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets.
  
• 
  Foster client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
