Vice President of Property Management Services - 360X Staffing

Provide support and direction to community managers, identify and manage client needs, proper implementation of management tools and ensure we are meeting the contractual obligations and client expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a background and experience in HOA Property Management
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and strong Public Speaking skills
• Ability to establish, nurture and maintain effective working relationships with clients, team members and vendors
• Financial analysis and interpretation skills
• Proactive leader with proven track record of exceeding client's expectations
• Extensive experience in and knowledge of community associations, state and federal laws and governing documents
• Strong motivator and supervisor

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Multitasking environment
• Requires driving and may involve travel
• Requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings and weekends, to attend board meetings and address urgent client needs
