NXT Property Management is on the lookout for a passionate full-time Vice President of Operations - Multi Family Housing to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will enjoy a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Be prepared for occasional travel as needed to oversee our properties and support your teams. YOUR DAY AS A VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS -  MULTI FAMILY HOUSING

As the Vice President of Operations - Multi Family Housing, your day will be filled with engaging leadership and strategic planning. You will oversee, coach, and train on-site teams, ensuring each regional manager in your portfolio meets performance standards effectively. Your mornings will often start with reviewing budgets and monthly financials, then you will develop and refine training curriculums for managers, leasing agents, assistants, and maintenance staff. You will visit various properties to conduct audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies that foster operational excellence. Collaboration with the President on high-level business strategies will be a consistent part of your routine as you work to enhance our community living experience.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience as a regional manager in the multi-family housing sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Inspirational and upbeat personality aligned with our WSLM/NXT culture of treating everyone like family
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving

CAM, CPM, IREM, or ARM accreditations are preferred but not required.
