The Vice President of Marketing will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Residential Services and will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive growth and brand engagement.
This role will be located at Cable One's headquarters in Phoenix.
What you will do to contribute to the company's success
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and communicate a comprehensive marketing vision and strategy aligned with the company's objectives and market dynamics. Define marketing roadmaps that prioritize initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through ongoing market research and analysis. Utilize insights to identify market opportunities and guide strategic marketing decisions.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, social media, etc.). Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Work closely with the executive team to develop and manage marketing budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
- Brand Innovation and Positioning: Drive innovation in branding and positioning strategies by leveraging emerging trends and technologies to differentiate the company in the market. Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation to continually enhance brand relevance and resonance.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product management, sales, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers. Solicit feedback and incorporate insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

- VP or Senior Director (with multifunction leadership) or equivalent role in a recurring revenue business
- Industry knowledge with specialty focus in the full scope of performance marketing, brand, and digital and physical marketing
