We are excited to announce an outstanding opportunity for a marketing processional to join our team as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD, a leading property and casualty insurance company. This executive level position offers the chance to lead our marketing strategy and drive our company's growth to new heights. 

Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Marketing and Communications you will play a pivotal role in shaping out marketing efforts and aligning them with our company's strategic objectives. This position maybe be based out of Wilkes-Barre, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Parsippany NJ or New York, New York.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all marketing operations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to outperform competitors and drive business growth. 
• Coordinate marketing activities and manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI. 
• Direct the development and implementation of promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement. 
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed, 
• Drive brand management initiatives and ensure consistently in marketing materials and messaging. 
• Lead market research efforts to identify trends and insights to inform strategic decision making. 
• Evaluate and pursue potential strategic partnerships to expand our market reach and distribution channels. 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure a unified approach to customer service and distribution. 

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies at a senior leadership level.
• Strong background in marketing research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Proven track record of leveraging digital and traditional marketing channels to drive business results.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry.
