We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of IT to join our corporate team in Los Angeles. As a leader in luxury lifestyle hospitality, our company is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through innovation and technology.
Role Overview:
As the Vice President of IT, you will spearhead our Information Technology department, driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate guest satisfaction across our portfolio of luxury hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with our corporate goals, driving innovation and digital transformation.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure and ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
Technology Partnerships: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with technology vendors to implement cutting-edge solutions.
Budget Oversight: Manage the IT department budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
Innovation & Guest Experience: Implement emerging technologies to enrich guest experiences and collaborate cross-functionally on technology-driven initiatives.
Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles within hospitality or luxury hotel industry.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and luxury hospitality standards.
Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in managing complex IT projects and budgets.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems; CISSP or other relevant certifications a plus.
