Vice President of Engineering - Hardware - Acceler8 Talent

Accler8Talent recently partnered up with a very early-stage AI semiconductor startup who has developed an entirely new and disruptive AI Compute architecture. The architecture, already fabricated and validated in the lab, eliminates the data conversion bottleneck of In-Memory Computation and actualizes the long-awaited promise of analog compute efficiency while entirely based on standard digital CMOS implementation.

The CEO/Founder is looking for a VP of Engineering with a strong Analog Mixed-Signal background to be his right-hand man. This candidate will have the opportunity to build their own engineering team and create highly scalable technology uniquely positioned to disrupt the entire spectrum of the AI market, from ULP devices to hyperscale data centers.

This is a full-time role in the San Francisco Bay area

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of common ML techniques, algorithms and architectures
• Digital ASIC design and verification

Job Requirements

• Hands-on Director or VP role experience
• Strong analog/mixed-signal IC design experience in FinFET nodes
• Experience designing switched-capacitor circuits
• Experience designing data converters
• Low-power IC design experience
• SOC design and verification experience
• Python or MATLAB programming and modeling
• PHD preferred

All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and work from their offices in Mountain View Tuesdays-Thursdays.
