Vice President of Construction at Daksta | Connecting Mission Critical Talent

The Vice President is responsible for the successful execution of data center construction projects, combining strategic oversight with operational leadership growing the business unit. This role demands exceptional leadership abilities and a proven capacity to manage complex projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead all construction operations for ground up data center developments
• Build and lead a construction team, collaborating closing with managers and other executives to align and ensure project timelines, budgets and quality assurance are delivered successfully
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance quality, efficiency and safety
• Identify and understand potential risks associated with the construction of data centers

Requirements:

• 15+ years of construction project management experience is required with atleast 8 years in a leadership role specific to data center construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
