VP of Clinical Services

In this important role of VP of Clinical Services, you will be supporting our facilities:

• Develop, promote and monitor the quality of professional nursing and ancillary health services provided at facilities in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and standards in a manner consistent with the mission of the organization. 
• Design, implement, and monitor clinical systems and Quality Improvement Programs.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators to the Chief Nursing Officer. 
• Develop clinical programs that will enhance the wellbeing of residents, improve outcomes, and expand the services of the organization. 
• Oversee implementation and maintenance of electronic health record..

Regulatory Compliance

• Working knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of computer technology and systems to include clinical software systems
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of consultation
• Minimum three (3) years clinical leadership experience in long term care setting
• Experience with multi-facility consultation or management
• Ability to travel extensively and work on-site in numerous facilities
• Must have a valid driver’s license
