About the Job
Supervise various accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, capital contributions and distributions, equity schedules, and accruals
•
Manage the financial administration of the commercial property portfolio, including cash management, loan compliance, banking relationships, investor reporting, accounting audits, and partnership distributions
•
Develop and implement departmental procedures, processes, and systems to support both immediate needs and long-term objectives
•
Coordinate with banks, tax preparers, and other stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines
•
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of internal financial statements for department heads and senior management
This position is paying $200,000 - $250,000 as a base salary, plus bonus.
