Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Visionary: Chart and execute the future course of our contract manufacturing business, aligning it with our company’s overall mission and goals by developing and executing strategies to manage a high volume of small and large orders simultaneously. Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of quality, cost-effective solutions for customers.
Quality Command: Enforce rigorous quality and compliance standards (ISO 13485, FDA regulations, etc.) to guarantee efficient and safe delivery of medical devices to clients. Drive process innovations to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance delivery timelines.
Operational Excellence: Optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and supply chain management for operational success. Design and implement scalable operational processes and workflows to execute contract manufacturing orders with precision, accuracy, and efficiency.
Client Cultivator: Foster strong client partnerships, intuitively grasp their requirements, and deliver top-tier customer service. Strive to deliver high satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional operations team to deliver exceptional results. Recruit, mentor, and develop staff to ensure a well-rounded and capable team equipped to meet growing business demands. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in business development or customer-facing roles within a manufacturing context preferred.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies preferred.
- 10+ years of proven experience in operational leadership within the medical device manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality systems, and industry standards.
- Project management expertise, and proficiency in overseeing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
- Cross-functional collaboration, the ability to work effectively with different departments to achieve business objectives.
- Self-starter who can operate independently within a small medical device company.

Compensation: $150,000-$250,000 (DOE)
