Job Description:
We are seeking a Vice President / Group Account Director to lead our dedicated team in scaling our impact and reach. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a vibrant, challenging environment and is eager to manage top-tier client relationships and strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Articulate digital business strategies and keep clients informed about industry developments.
Play a key role in new business development and utilize client relationships to foster growth.
Stay abreast of industry changes and evolving customer needs, creating relevant case studies on client successes.
Deliver strategic presentations, offering concise, insightful recommendations that meet client goals.
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to build active and engaging brands.
Manage financial aspects, including forecasting, budgeting, and investment strategies for clients.
Mentor and develop team members, identifying skills gaps and coaching them towards professional growth.
Drive the agency culture, adapting team capabilities to meet changing market and client needs.
Oversee project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Engage with Delivery Management for complex projects to ensure smooth execution.
Flexibility to travel as required for client and project needs.
Qualifications:
Passion for marketing and a track record of achieving excellent outcomes in digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
12-14 years of relevant experience, ideally in a creative agency setting, with at least eight years in client leadership roles.
Comprehensive knowledge of the integration of marketing, creative, media, technology, and analytics.
Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage and develop talent, inspire change, and foster collaboration across diverse teams.
Additional Information:
Compensation: $143,000 - $225,000 annually, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401k, and generous PTO.
