Vice President, Divisional Talent Advisor w/ Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Provide analytic and talent management support for multiple global divisions, including the full spectrum of talent management processes, including diversity strategy, performance management, leadership pipeline, manager excellence, compensation, pulse survey, organizational design and other annual processes. Advise global senior stakeholders on people and talent management strategies required to support and enable divisional business strategy. Requires: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field. Seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include seven (7) years of experience in the following: serving in a business facing capacity working on major components of the employee life cycle (such as, talent advisor, business partner or recruiter) within a Global Financial Services company, covering multiple business lines; designing and executing talent acquisition strategy, including forecasting, budgets, recruiting successes, diversity initiatives, sourcing metrics and ad hoc projects for a Financial Institution; people analytics leveraging tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Anaplan, focused on mass data manipulation (such as vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting) and scenario modeling (such as headcount, compensation, or similar); and consistent client relationship management and engagement with senior business stakeholders. Prior experience must include four (4) years of experience in the following: planning and executing employee talent processes such as compensation, promotions, leadership pipeline reviews in the financial sector; and overseeing and driving various performance management processes used to evaluate employee performance and potential, including performance reviews, talent reviews, quartiling exercises and other talent assessment processes.
