A thriving community bank with $600MM in assets is looking for a driven Vice President of Cash Management to join its team and create lasting impact. This ground-floor opportunity will allow you to develop a treasury program from the ground up, grow your own book of business, and innovate solutions that align with the bank’s values of Respect, Integrity, Innovation, and Quality.
In this role, you’ll set the foundation for the bank’s treasury services, with a clear pathway to becoming the Head of Treasury and leading the department in just a few years.

What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships with Purpose: Develop and expand deposit relationships with commercial businesses and high-net-worth clients.
- Drive Innovation: Create tailored cash management solutions and embrace cutting-edge technology to exceed client expectations.
- Grow the Business: Establish a strong book of business to support the bank’s mission of superior financial solutions.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner with commercial banking teams to elevate customer experiences and integrate best practices.
- Lay the Groundwork for the Future: Lead efforts to design a treasury department that embodies respect, integrity, teamwork, and innovation.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Sales and Relationship Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or treasury management.
- Vision for Excellence: A passion for innovation and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Proven Leadership: The ability to build trust and foster teamwork while driving results.
- Education and Skills: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus), along with proficiency in cash management systems.
- Core Value Alignment: A mindset that mirrors our dedication to respect, integrity, quality, and innovation.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $100,000 to $125,000
- Bonuses: Total annual compensation, including bonuses, ranges from $132,600 to $157,600.
