In this role, you’ll set the foundation for the bank’s treasury services, with a clear pathway to becoming the Head of Treasury and leading the department in just a few years.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Relationships with Purpose: Develop and expand deposit relationships with commercial businesses and high-net-worth clients.
• Drive Innovation: Create tailored cash management solutions and embrace cutting-edge technology to exceed client expectations.
• Grow the Business: Establish a strong book of business to support the bank’s mission of superior financial solutions.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with commercial banking teams to elevate customer experiences and integrate best practices.
• Lay the Groundwork for the Future: Lead efforts to design a treasury department that embodies respect, integrity, teamwork, and innovation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Sales and Relationship Expertise: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or treasury management.
• Vision for Excellence: A passion for innovation and commitment to continuous improvement.
• Proven Leadership: The ability to build trust and foster teamwork while driving results.
• Education and Skills: A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus), along with proficiency in cash management systems.
• Core Value Alignment: A mindset that mirrors our dedication to respect, integrity, quality, and innovation.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $100,000 to $125,000
• Bonuses: Total annual compensation, including bonuses, ranges from $132,600 to $157,600.
